Every year the inner courtyard of our hotel is the scene of a summer gourmet picnic. We welcome you with exquisite wines and rarities from our cellar and little delicacies from our kitchen on the terrace of the little castle.
Our chef Jörg Scherle initiates you with pleasure into the art of koi breeding and he shows you his prize-winning specimens and their special characteristics at the big pond.
The highlight of the day is a five-course menu to savour under the open sky with matching wines selected by Andreas Scherle, the manager of the restaurant.
Scherle’s summer party 2019 will take place on Saturday, 6th of July 2019 starts at 4:30 p.m.
The price per person including wine-tasting, menu and wines, mineral water and espresso
